News about the deadly virus, Corona/ Covid-19 has been circulating in the media these days, creating a wave of panic over the mass. Firstly originated in Wuhan, Hubei Province of China, this virus is almost everywhere on the world map now. If you are sick with the symptoms of Coronavirus, immediately call the health care professionals as it will help protect you and prevent the spreading of virus and other infections.

Do not touch eyes, nose or mouth.

Generally, these are the three parts that will let the virus enter your body. So avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth, especially if you haven’t washed your hands properly.

Also, try to avoid eating with your hands while you are travelling. If you can’t resist the urge to snack, use sanitiser to clean your hands before snacking.

Maintain good respiratory hygiene

When a person coughs and sneezes, they spray small droplets, and these droplets will come in contact with the air spreading virus and other diseases. So always cover your mouth with a tissue whenever you sneeze or cough and throw this tissue immediately.

Maintain distance

Keep a 1 metre (3 feet) distance from the coughing/ sneezing person since you can breathe in the droplets.
