There is nothing better than a sweet and luscious milkshake on a crazy sunny day. What I love about this American invention is that they are effortless to make. Here, I have collaborated with the Malayali home chefs in Dubai to give you the best and Easy Milkshake Recipes.

#1 Avocado Banana Milkshake- @fajishotpot (Easy Milkshake Recipes)

Ingredients

1 Avocado
1 Banana
4 tsp Milk powder
Few Almonds
Few pistachios
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 c Milk

Method

Powder the nuts.
Chop avocado and banana and put in a blender.
Add the powdered nuts, milk powder, ice cream and milk to this.
Blend well.
Pour this in glasses and serve. Add ice cubes.

#2 Mango Cream Kadi [email protected]

Serve – 4 Cups
1 Cup – 200mL
Preparation Time – 5 minutes

Ingredients

1.Mango cream preparation

1) Mango – 1 Cup
2) Condensed Milk – 1/4 Cup

2. Kadi Shake preparation

1)Chilled milk – 1 1/2 Cup
2)Mixed Nuts – 1/3 Cups (Almond, Cashew, Pistha)
3)Fresh Cream – 1 Tbspn
4)Vanilla ice cream – 1/2 Cup
5) Condensed Milk – As per your taste
6) Vanilla essence – optional

Method

Prepare mango cream by blending mango and condensed milk. Serve it in a jar.

Blend chilled milk with condensed milk, mixed nuts, fresh cream and ice cream. Pour this nuts mixture above the mango cream jar. Serve chill.

#3 Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake- @Iwalkeatdream

This is one milkshake that’s so refreshing and delicious, perfect for the summers!

Ingredients

2 Cups or 4 scoops of Vanilla ice cream
1/2 Cup Milk
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
Green food colouring ( a drop for the colour)
1.5 to 2 tablespoons Chocolate chips

Instructions

Process all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender until smooth, around 2-3 minutes.
Now add the chocolate chips and blend again!
Serve topped with some whipped cream, mint sprigs and shaved chocolate bits! Yum!

#4 Musk Melon Shake- @diya.nair.14 (Easy Milkshake Recipes)

Musk melon is a superfood for summer. It cools your body, aids in digestion, helps you lose weight and is also diuretic. So it is good to add musk melon to our diet whenever possible by either consuming them in the form of milkshake/ juice. Here is my version of musk melon milkshake.

Prep time: 5 – 10 Minutes|Yield: 2

Ingredients

1)Musk melon – 300 grams
2)Milk – 1 cup
3)Frozen milk – 3 cups
4)Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
5)Cashew or almond (optional) – 1 ½ tbsp.
6)Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops

Blend ingredients 1 – 5 until smooth and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream(optional).

#5 Abood Strawberry Milkshake- @faseejani

Simply one of the best milkshakes I love to drool on my flushed out days!

Ingredients

1 cup sweet melon
1 cup mango
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup vanilla icecream
Sugar as per your sweetness level
Pinch of salt(yes it makes a difference)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
Whipping cream optional for garnish
Ice cubes while serving

Method

Blend all the above ingredients except ice cubes
Add the ice cubes and serve it in glass
Top with whipped cream and some shredded nuts of your choice

#6 Chikku Mango [email protected]_boo

Ingredients

Chikku / Sapota 2-3
Ripe Mangoes 2
1-2 cups cold milk
Few ice cubes
1 – 2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Method

Blend everything together and sip away.

#7 Avocado Cheesecake [email protected]

Ingredients

1 Ripe Avocado
1 tbsp of Honey
1 Cube of Kiri Cream Cheese cube
½ tbsp of Condensed milk (optional)
A cup of chilled milk
For Topping
Crushed Lotus Biscuits(crumbs)
Honey

Method

Cut the Avocados into small pieces and add them into the blender.
Add the cheese cube, honey, milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
Dip the rim of the serving glass in honey and then in crushed Lotus biscuit crumbs.
Pour the Milkshake in the glass, sprinkle some more Lotus Biscuit crumbs and drizzle some honey and enjoy a healthy, yummy and creamy version of milkshake even without adding ice cream.

#8 Healthy Milkshake- @nainaskitchen

Ingredients

Serve 2

Apple – 1
Dates – 8 Deseeded
Almond – 1 Handful
Milk – 2 Cup
Ice cream – 1 Scoop
Ice cubes

Method

Grind Apple, Dates, Almond Nd ice cubes adding some Milk.
Add ice cream Nd remaining milk plus again.
Garnish with Chopped almond and Ice cream.

#9 Lotus Biscoff Smoothie- @sajnifoodie

Easy Milkshake Recipes

Ingredients

Milk -2 cup
Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoop
Biscoff spread-5 tsp
Biscoff cookies-5
Whipping cream-1/2 cup

Method

In a blender add the vanilla ice cream, Biscoff spread and milk. Blend for 20 seconds. Then add 3 Biscoff cookies and pulse for 5 seconds until cookies are broken and mixed into the milkshake.
Divide evenly among 2 glasses. Top with whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookie.

#10 Yummy Berry Smoothie- @anupa.210

Ingredients

1 cup fresh Strawberries and Blue berries
1 cup chilled Camel Milk
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Method

In a blender, combine the mixed berries, milk and brown sugar. Cover, and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

#11 Minty Chocolate Avacado Banana Shake- @instaliciouzz

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana, chopped into chunks
1/2 ripe avocado chopped
5 fresh mint leaves
250 ml of milk
3-4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Method

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add chocolate chips and pulse.
Garnish with mint leaves, honey and few extra chocolate chips.

Ingredients

Watermelon
Milkmade( condensed milk)
Coconut Milk
Ice cubes

Method

Cut the watermelon and Blend purely in mixer after add milkmade and blend nicely ..

Then take a mug add thick coconut milk and add the juice in top and mix it very well then add more icecubes and Little watermelon pieces and Serve it..!!!!

#13 Badami Kash Kash- @thepinkfoodie

Ingredients (Easy Milkshake Recipes)

20 badam soaked and peeled
2 cups full cream milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup sugar syrup
Small pieces of mango finely chopped
1/4 cup cashews crushed
3-4 dates finely chopped
Cocoa powder for garnish

Method

Soak badam overnight.
Blend with milk, cardamom powder sugar syrup, vanilla ice cream, condensed milk.
Add finely chopped mangoes, dates and crushed cashews to serving glass. Sprinkle some cocoa powder.
